The retailer published the preview on September 14, with seasonal savings events due to start in October. Its gifting center will provide curated guides, product recommendations and ideas for different recipients. Best Buy says customers will also be able to discover gift ideas and complete purchases of its products within ChatGPT during the holiday season. ## How the member rewards combine My Best Buy Plus and Total members can now earn 1% back in rewards on qualifying purchases. Members who also use a My Best Buy Credit Card and select Standard Credit can receive a total of up to 6% back. The two components are calculated separately: paid membership awards 0.5 points per dollar, equivalent to 1% back, while the credit card awards 2.5 points per dollar, equivalent to 5% back. The card component depends on selecting Standard Credit, and tax is excluded from qualifying spending. The retailer’s program terms set out additional limitations. Plus and Total members will also have access to exclusive offers during the season. Best Buy is presenting trade-in and open-box products alongside its regular assortment as additional price options. ## More places to discover holiday products [Meta](https://giftcard.news/company/meta/) Lab spaces are arriving in 50 Best Buy stores for the holidays. They will offer demonstrations, fittings and dedicated sales specialists for products including Ray-Ban Meta, Meta Ray-Ban Display and Oakley Meta AI glasses, as well as Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S headsets. Selected stores will add dedicated [Google](https://giftcard.news/company/google/) shopping areas in October. The retailer is also highlighting gaming equipment, collectibles, trading cards, wearables and 3D printers. Its television displays include RGB LED models from [Samsung](https://giftcard.news/company/samsung/), [Sony](https://giftcard.news/company/sony/), [LG](https://giftcard.news/company/lg/), [TCL](https://giftcard.news/company/tcl/) and [Hisense](https://giftcard.news/company/hisense/), with more than 15,000 store employees trained on that technology, according to the company. Best Buy says its marketplace, launched a year earlier, now offers nearly one million products from more than 5,000 brands, including merchandise from international sellers. The assortment extends beyond electronics to areas such as decorations, sporting merchandise, vinyl records, musical instruments and small appliances. Customers can use store or curbside pickup and shipping services. For appliances, the retailer says next-day delivery is now available in nearly every metropolitan market it serves.
