[France Travail](https://giftcard.news/organization/france-travail/) employees in Réunion will be able to choose a funded [KaDéos](https://giftcard.news/company/edenred/) card instead of paper gift vouchers under a proposal approved by the regional employee committee on September 24\. [FSU Emploi Réunion](https://giftcard.news/organization/fsu-emploi-reunion/), which proposed the change, reported unanimous approval in its September 25 announcement. ## Two allocation amounts, with funding tied to the chosen format

The attached staff notice specifies EUR200 per employee and EUR60 per child. It announces a choice of delivery format for the benefit, without stating an increase in those allocations. The comparison below shows the two distinct entitlement amounts and does not estimate the scheme’s overall cost. The data behind the story

### The allocation being offered in paper or card form

The staff notice specifies separate employee and child amounts.

These are entitlement amounts per eligible unit, not the total programme budget, a newly announced increase or a measure of card take-up. Eligibility totals are not supplied.

__The allocation being offered in paper or card form (EUR)__
| Category | Stated gift-benefit allocation |
| ------------ | ------------------------------ |
| Per employee | 200 EUR |
| Per child | 60 EUR |

Everyone is to receive a named card free of charge, but the notice says it is loaded only when the employee chooses the card option. A person selecting paper keeps the paper vouchers and receives an unfunded card. Counting cards handed out would therefore overstate the number of people moving their benefit spending to cards. [\[S03\]](https://giftcard.news/rewards-loyalty/france-travail-reunion-kadeos-card-paper-choice/#article-source-3)

The committee plans an October questionnaire on its website. Employees unable to respond, including during an absence, are to receive paper vouchers automatically without losing their allocation. The same paper route applies to people arriving after the survey closes and before December 25\. No precise survey dates, completed take-up rate or eligible population total are provided. [\[S03\]](https://giftcard.news/rewards-loyalty/france-travail-reunion-kadeos-card-paper-choice/#article-source-3)

Edenred’s current KaDéos range includes paper vouchers and card products, consistent with retaining two delivery routes. Its general product information does not establish the exact merchant network, fees or expiry terms of the Réunion committee’s order. The documented local change is the link between an employee’s format choice and the loading of the benefit, rather than a measured migration already completed.
