[Talon.One](https://giftcard.news/company/talon-one/) has named [Merkle](https://giftcard.news/company/merkle/) an official global agency partner across the Americas and EMEA, formalizing a relationship that combines customer strategy and implementation services with loyalty and promotions infrastructure. Merkle announced the agreement on September 28\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1)

Merkle brings CRM, data, creative and digital-transformation work to the relationship. Talon.One supplies the incentives platform on which clients can configure offers, loyalty and reward rules. Both companies also work with Adobe and Braze, although the release does not announce a new integration with either provider.

## Implementation alongside incentives technology

The companies say they already share retail and quick-service restaurant clients and secured a joint loyalty-strategy project in EMEA earlier in the year. Those clients are not named, and the release does not give deployment dates or performance figures for their programmes.
