Its accompanying Smart Actions feature uses AI to flag situations that may need attention, including employees who have gone without recognition. The rewards and recognition provider announced the release on September 22\. A reward programme can offer a broad selection of redemption choices and still depend on a manager noticing an employee's contribution. HR Research Institute, working with Motivosity, gathered 5,538 responses in October 2025 for its 2026 culture report. The product is designed for enterprise organizations, remote and hybrid workforces, and growing companies. The release does not name a first customer or provide usage figures for My Team itself.
