The recognition highlights employee volunteering and charitable giving at a bank that also sponsors gift, loyalty and other prepaid card programmes. Pathward reported nearly 5,000 volunteer hours and support for more than 180 organisations during that earlier period. Keeping those dates separate makes clear what was recognised and when the underlying work took place. Matching Gifts increases the value of an employee donation through an employer contribution, subject to an annual maximum. Dollars for Doers links a donation to hours spent volunteering. It reports more than 140 employee volunteer hours supporting Financial Fundamentals in fiscal 2025, alongside practical assistance such as refurbished laptops and scholarships. That is a participation measure, not evidence that each participating employee volunteered or that an equivalent share of customers gained financial access. Monitor does not publish enough detail in the profile to reconstruct the denominator or independently assess every claimed benefit.
