The company identified the awards as Best B2C Product or Service and Best Creative Marketing Campaign. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Personalisation around a gift The campaign used AI-enabled personal messages and a Christmas theme to add an experience around gift giving. Prezzee presented the two awards as recognition of that consumer proposition and its marketing execution. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The published account did not disclose an independently measured improvement in redemption, recipient satisfaction or sales attributable to the campaign. Its references to emotional connection and memorable experiences were the company’s description of the proposition. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## What an award does, and does not, show Creative execution matters in digital gifting because a recipient encounters more than an amount of stored value. The message and presentation can become part of the gift. That is a different question from the operational reliability of the payment or the availability of the reward. An award can acknowledge a campaign’s creative approach without settling those wider commercial questions. A business assessing a similar promotion still needs evidence about delivery, customer support and results against its own objectives.
