The rollout extends the smartphone gift’s acceptance across three neighbouring Japanese prefectures. It concerns QUO Card Pay and does not establish matching acceptance of the physical QUO card. Separately, Kyoto Co-op’s employer profile, updated July 17, reports 18 supermarkets; Nara Co-op’s organisation profile dated March 31 reports 10 stores; and Co-op Shiga’s 2026 CSR report identifies four fixed stores. These published operating-network totals help explain the scale of the participating merchants, while retaining each source’s date and scope. Planned locations and mobile services are not added to the chart. The totals should not be read as a guarantee that every listed shop is open at a particular time. QUO Card says this does not require a dedicated app, bank-account registration or credit-card details. Cash can generally cover a shortfall, subject to merchant exceptions. Its current Shiga acceptance page explicitly excludes web-store payments and warns that temporary unavailability or some shopping-centre locations can affect use. Those checkout conditions remain separate from the size of the cooperative network. The cooperatives’ own organisation and operating disclosures establish their store networks, rather than independently measuring the issuer’s rollout or the number of recipients who use it. Store availability is an acceptance measure, and those commercial outcomes remain unreported.
