The Japanese technology-services company approved the details on September 11, following an August 14 decision to introduce a benefit scheme. The earlier disclosure left the qualifying conditions, record date, benefits and start schedule undecided. The September announcement supplies those previously missing commercial terms. Shareholders holding at least 100 shares on the annual December 31 record date will receive the ¥1,000 QUO card. The first qualifying date is December 31, 2026, with dispatch planned around March 2027 after the annual shareholders' meeting. ## A prepaid card is the common benefit The QUO card applies to every qualifying holder at the 100-share threshold. Investors holding at least 500 shares continuously for a year will also receive a catalog gift worth approximately ¥3,000, described as a selection connected with places where Rococo operates. The company describes the additional gift as requiring at least one year of continuous ownership under the same shareholder number, with the 500-share minimum met at its specified register checks. The disclosure calls this a one-year condition but names June and December of the preceding year alongside the current December register, leaving an ambiguity in the stated comparison dates. The program therefore has two distinct components. A fixed-value prepaid card forms the common benefit, while a separate catalog gift rewards larger holdings that meet the tenure requirement. The shareholder program adds a retail-facing reward instrument to a business whose underlying services are sold in a different market. The company says the scheme is intended to thank shareholders and encourage medium- and long-term ownership. It also plans to examine operation of the program and changes in shareholder composition before considering further benefit designs. The September decision does not disclose the number of cards expected to be issued, the purchase cost of the cards or a supplier agreement. Its measurable change is the confirmed ¥1,000 face value and eligibility framework, rather than a newly demonstrated effect on investor retention.
