The update describes a loyalty programme in which eligible purchases generate points that can be used for discounts or exchanged for vouchers from other brands. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Points connect purchases with a wider catalogue WOGI’s account identifies four membership levels: Member, Club, Elite and Platinum. It says points earning increases at higher tiers, with benefits including first-purchase and birthday offers and invitations to selected Sony events. The announcement discusses Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asian programme. The supplier’s announcement does not set out a complete country-by-country schedule, so its description should not be read as identical terms across every market. ## A role for external gift vouchers The option to exchange points for other brands’ shopping vouchers broadens the redemption decision beyond another Sony purchase. In that arrangement, the customer earns value through one relationship and may use it elsewhere. WOGI’s role is described as providing rewards, rather than issuing a new payment card or acquiring the loyalty programme.
