The September 29 board decision sets the first qualifying record at December 31, 2026\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The programme requires at least 700 shares. The planned catalogue contains more than 5,000 goods and experience choices, including electronic money. It does not identify specific branded gift-card selections or establish a cash-withdrawal option. The first award has no stated minimum holding duration beyond the qualifying record. Carryover is different: it is allowed once only when the same shareholder number appears at two consecutive December records and at least 700 shares are continuously held.
