Source: Incentive Marketing Association. Photo: Incentive Marketing Association The [Incentive Gift Card Coalition](https://giftcard.news/organization/incentive-gift-card-coalition-organization-7c9d3a0b/) has recognised [Tiffany Perry](https://giftcard.news/person/tiffany-perry/) with its 2026 [IMA](https://giftcard.news/organization/incentive-marketing-association/) Spirit Award, citing volunteer work across four committees and her service on the coalition's board. The award formed part of the Incentive Marketing Association's July 21 ceremony in Baltimore. IMA published the recipients' announcement on July 22\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) [\[S02\]](#article-source-2) Perry's nomination came from [Anne Jetter](https://giftcard.news/person/anne-jetter/) of [SB Collectiv](https://giftcard.news/company/sb-collectiv/). The citation describes Perry as co-chair of the coalition's Sponsorship and Membership Committees and a contributor to its Education and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committees. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Recognition for work inside the gift-card coalition According to the nomination, Perry has been involved with IMA and IGCC since 2022 and was elected to the IGCC board in August 2025\. The award therefore recognises continuing volunteer responsibilities, rather than a new board appointment. Those responsibilities cover several practical parts of a trade association's work: recruiting and retaining members, securing sponsorship and developing activities for its industry community. The announcement identifies Perry's committee roles but does not quantify membership growth, sponsorship revenue or attendance attributable to her work. IGCC is the gift-card group within the broader IMA organisation. IMA brings together businesses involved in incentives, recognition, loyalty and engagement, with specialist groups for gift cards, merchandise, travel and other services. The coalition gives gift-card participants a specific forum within that wider rewards community. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## Part of a wider volunteer awards programme Spirit Award recipients are selected by the presidents of IMA's chapters and specialist industry groups. The awards recognise contributions through volunteer service, rather than rating the recipients' employers or commercial products. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The 2026 announcement named honourees across regional chapters and groups serving engagement providers, travel, merchandise and recognition professionals. Perry was the specifically identified IGCC recipient, making her award the gift-card coalition's contribution to the wider programme. The ceremony was held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront during the IMA Summit. The association's earlier shortlist notice gives July 21 as the scheduled ceremony date, while the subsequent recipient announcement confirms that the awards took place during that summit.
