Photo: TOUMEI [TOUMEI](https://giftcard.news/company/toumei/) will distribute selectable digital gifts to eligible shareholders four times a year, replacing its annual round and adding a separate reward for shareholders who also use its broadband or electricity service. The board approved the expansion on October 15, with the first new eligibility date set for the end of November 2026\. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The change makes digital rewards a recurring link between the Japanese business-services company's shareholder programme and its customer relationships. TOUMEI said it wants to broaden individual ownership, encourage medium- and long-term holdings and improve share liquidity. Those are the issuer's aims, rather than demonstrated outcomes of the new scheme. ## Four eligibility dates, three award tiers The expanded programme uses record dates at the end of November, February, May and August. Shareholders need at least 100 shares at the relevant date. The standard award per round is JPY1,000 for 100 to 299 shares, JPY1,250 for 300 to 999 shares, and JPY2,500 for 1,000 or more shares. The issuer publishes the corresponding four-round totals below.
