Announced on February 5, 2025, the feature is aimed at construction businesses providing branded apparel and other rewards to their teams. Under the arrangement, companies using Whistle can set up a branded store connected to the platform. Employees earn a reward budget through Whistle’s recognition and incentive programmes, then use it to choose company-branded products in the store. The announcement lists high-visibility jackets, hoodies and other gear as examples.
