Photo: Xoxoday [Xoxoday](https://giftcard.news/company/xoxoday/) announced [SourceForge](https://giftcard.news/company/sourceforge/)’s Summer 2026 Top Performer award on July 27, adding a review-based distinction to its rewards and engagement software business. The recognition is commercially useful because the company sells infrastructure that business buyers must trust to deliver benefits to employees, customers and partners. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) ## The company behind the reward catalogue Founded in 2013, Xoxoday describes itself as a software-as-a-service business operating across more than 55 countries. Its products address different buyers: [Empuls](https://giftcard.news/company/empuls/) serves employee engagement and recognition, Plum handles digital rewards and corporate gifting, and Loyalife supports customer loyalty programmes. Those descriptions and the geographic footprint are company-reported. [\[S01\]](#article-source-1) The gift card is only one part of that offering. A business buyer also needs to decide who qualifies for a reward, deliver it, track it and connect the activity to an existing programme. Software around the reward can therefore be as important to procurement as the brands available in the catalogue. Xoxoday’s marketplace listing for Plum describes a subscription-based product that can operate independently or through existing tools. Contract duration, agreed terms and additional usage affect the charges. [\[S03\]](#article-source-3) That establishes a software commercial model without implying that every customer pays an identical price or receives the same package. ## What SourceForge’s award measures SourceForge’s published rules place Top Performer products in the top tenth percentile Your free reader account ## Continue reading for free.
