All Digital Rewards published guidance on its virtual Visa and Mastercard prepaid reward cards in September 2024, addressing the conditions recipients and program buyers needed to understand. The FAQ covered activation, supported currencies, spending restrictions and card expiry.

ADR described an email-based activation process in which recipients followed a link and registered before receiving access to the card number. It also discussed adding eligible cards to mobile wallets for supported transactions.

The provider listed USD and CAD Visa products and EUR and GBP Mastercard options. It described a three-month period to register and redeem a promotional code, followed by card validity of six to twelve months depending on the product. Those periods were the conditions described for the programs in the FAQ, not universal Visa or Mastercard rules.

The article said the described prepaid cards were not intended for recurring payments and that a purchase total, including fees and taxes, needed to fit within the available balance. ADR advised customers to obtain the applicable country restrictions and product terms when choosing a card.

The disclosure identified The Bancorp Bank, N.A., a member of the FDIC, as issuer of the Ezeprepaid Visa Prepaid Card and Visa Virtual Account under a licence from Visa U.S.A. Inc. It also clarified that the bank did not sponsor or endorse the associated offer. ADR was the reward provider explaining the program and recipient process.
