About the publication
Gift Card News publishes news and information about the gift card industry and related business developments at giftcard.news. These terms explain the conditions for using the website. Reading the publication does not create a customer, advisory or professional relationship. Our reporting is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances.
Reporting and corrections
Articles may draw on company announcements, public research and other identified sources. We aim to present information accurately, but sources can be incomplete and circumstances can change. Publication dates may reflect the original announcement. Check the linked evidence before making commercial decisions.

Our original writing, design and other material may be protected by intellectual property rights. Photographs, logos, quotations and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. A credit or source link does not grant a licence to reuse those materials, and we do not claim ownership of every item displayed.

Reasonable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls or attempt to obtain private administrative or subscriber information. Automated access must not disrupt the service or infringe others' rights. Administrative access is restricted to authorised users.
External services and optional alerts
Links and activated media embeds can take you to services operated by others. Their content, availability and privacy practices are their responsibility. Inclusion does not imply our endorsement. External media is loaded when you activate it.
Browser news alerts are optional and require your permission. You can turn them off through Cookies & notifications in the footer or your browser settings. Delivery depends on browser and network services and is not guaranteed. The Privacy Policy explains related data processing.
Email article alerts are optional and begin after you confirm your subscription. They contain a headline, article information and a link to read the full story. You can stop these emails using the unsubscribe link in each message. Sending a contact-form message does not sign you up for alerts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general news content or the interruption of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections or waives your statutory rights.
