Apex Network has introduced a Smart AI feature in its app to accelerate eligible gift-card resale transactions. In a September 23 announcement, the company said the workflow was designed to complete qualifying trades in under three minutes. [S01]
The feature targets the initial response and processing stages after a user submits card details. Payout follows transaction approval, and Apex says timing varies with the card type, transaction information and required verification.
The sub-three-minute figure is therefore a company claim for eligible transactions, rather than a guarantee covering every card or a measured average published with supporting test results. The announcement does not provide an eligibility list, a comparison sample or detailed processing benchmarks.
Apex positions the update as part of the next stage of its gift-card trading service. It reports more than 300,000 users and over one million gift-card transactions, but those are broader platform totals rather than results attributable to the new feature.
The confirmed change is a processing feature within the existing resale app. The release does not announce a new gift-card issuing program or establish its claimed industry-first status independently.
