Best One.com will end its Digital Gift shareholder reward after the final allocation to holders of at least 100 shares on the July 31, 2026 register. The September 10 decision schedules that distribution for around October 2026. From the year ending July 2027, only the company’s travel-discount coupons continue, with their existing award criteria and terms unchanged. [S01][S03]

The retained coupon value requires qualifying travel expenditure

The continuing schedule awards JPY 10,000 in travel discounts for 100–499 shares, JPY 20,000 for 500–999 shares and JPY 30,000 for at least 1,000 shares. These amounts are discount entitlements against the company’s travel products, rather than freely spendable prepaid balances. [S02]

Redemption is limited to JPY 5,000 per JPY 100,000 of qualifying travel cost. These are conditional discounts, not cash-equivalent gifts or realised savings, and are not added to the discontinued digital gift.

Redemption allows JPY 5,000 of discount for each JPY 100,000 of travel cost, beginning at JPY 100,000. Fully using awards of JPY 10,000, JPY 20,000 and JPY 30,000 therefore requires at least JPY 200,000, JPY 400,000 and JPY 600,000 of qualifying travel expenditure respectively, applying that published rule. The operator lists cruises, domestic travel, bus tours and hotels, and says most other discounts can be combined, subject to exceptions. [S02]

The issuer’s June 25, 2025 disclosure had established a flat JPY 10,000 Digital Gift for holders of at least 100 shares, replacing the earlier QUO-card item. That historical document named Digital Plus and described a choice of redemption destinations. It is background to the component being removed, not a new 2026 launch or a guarantee that the older destination list is unchanged. [S04]

Best One.com explains that its own travel coupons help shareholders experience the cruise business, while part of the return previously delivered through a cash-equivalent gift will be directed toward dividends. Traders Web separately reported the final July 2026 eligibility and continuation of travel coupons. The September decision concerns future shareholder awards; it does not announce closure of the Digital Gift platform or cancellation of gifts already issued. [S03][S05]

The sources do not disclose how many final digital gifts will be issued, how much of the travel-coupon allocation holders actually redeem, or whether recipients change their travel spending. Consequently, coupon face values establish contractual benefits, not the programme’s realised cost or commercial return. [S02][S03]
