CipSoft opened a customer-support redemption route for valid Die Siedler Online cards on September 18. In its official announcement, the game operator also said that redeeming voucher cards through the homepage would not return. [S01]

The change concerns access to value already purchased. The linked payment FAQ identifies Die Siedler Online epay cards and vouchers from PC boxes, separating this process from the game's other payment methods. The legal imprint identifies CipSoft GmbH of Regensburg as the operator. [S02] [S03]

Support replaces the homepage route

Instead of entering a voucher on the homepage, holders are directed to customer support for processing. The FAQ describes a review using account and voucher information together with images of the instrument; for epay cards, purchase-receipt evidence is requested when available. The announcement supplies no processing-time commitment or redemption-volume figure. [S01] [S02]

That changes the operating model for remaining cards from a homepage transaction to an assisted service. It does not introduce a new retail card or announce a new distribution partnership with epay.

Existing validity limits remain relevant

CipSoft's FAQ says the epay cards have a three-year validity period and ceased retail sale in November 2025. It states that no cards can be accepted after October 31, 2028. Those are the operator's published terms, not a newly announced September 2026 sales programme or an independent conclusion about expiry law. [S02]

The new information is the availability of support redemption for cards that remain valid. CipSoft does not disclose how many such cards are outstanding, their aggregate funded value or a cash-refund alternative.
