Diggecard has advised customers planning Christmas 2025 gift card purchases to allow three to five working days from receipt of payment for orders to be released. In an October 11 notice, the company said it would try to process orders faster but could not always do so during the seasonal peak.

The notice states that its UK offices would close at 3pm on Wednesday, December 24 and reopen at 9am on Monday, December 29. For New Year, offices would close at 3pm on Wednesday, December 31 and reopen at 9am on Friday, January 2, 2026.

The processing window and office schedule were published to help customers plan paid orders before the holidays. The stated three-to-five-day period concerns order release after payment, rather than a guaranteed delivery date at the destination.
