Fit Easy will increase the QUO gift-card amounts available through its shareholder benefit program while changing the main reward to a choice between cards and membership discounts. The company announced the revision on September 14. [S01]

The program uses the annual October month-end register. Holders of at least 100, 200 or 500 shares can choose QUO cards worth ¥6,000, ¥12,000 or ¥25,000 respectively. The alternative is a twelve-month membership discount of ¥1,000, ¥2,000 or ¥4,000 per month at the corresponding tier.

Previously, holders received both a smaller QUO award and a membership discount. The old card amounts were ¥1,000, ¥5,000 and ¥10,000. The larger new card values therefore accompany a change in reward choice, rather than being added to the membership discounts.

Visitor passes continue alongside the chosen benefit, with quantities increasing to four, eight or sixteen. The company also adds a longer-term benefit for holders of at least 500 shares for one year: a further choice between ¥10,000 in QUO cards and a Fit Easy body-composition device.

The longer-term check requires the qualifying shareholding on three consecutive October, April and October registers. Fit Easy plans to dispatch benefits within three months of the annual qualifying date.
