Horii Food Service’s November 30, 2026 shareholder-benefit schedule provides higher Japanet electronic gift-card values for qualifying longer-term holders. Its September 16 disclosure restates the enhanced schedule and adds a special cruise draw. The longer-term bonus itself had already appeared in company material dated March 2026 and in an April 1 investor FAQ.
Japanet values rise by 10% across all five tiers
Recipients choose either a Japanet gift card or Horii Food dining vouchers; the alternatives cannot be added together. For the Japanet option, qualifying longer-term awards range from JPY11,000 for 500-699 shares to JPY110,000 for at least 2,000 shares. The three intermediate tiers provide JPY22,000, JPY55,000 and JPY82,500. Each is 10% above the corresponding award for a holder below the longer-term threshold.

The higher series requires the company’s continuous-holding test, with a special two-register transition in 2026. These are gift face values, not investment returns or cash distributions.

Normally, longer-term eligibility requires the same shareholder number and at least the relevant shareholding tier on three consecutive end-May and end-November registers. For the first distribution under the revised rules, two consecutive entries at the end of May and November 2026 suffice. The lower-tenure awards remain unchanged.
The September disclosure separately gives one cruise-draw entry for each 1,000 shares held at the end of November 2026. Five pairs of applicants, ten people in total, are to receive a cruise trip. Horii said application details would follow. This chance-based benefit has no guaranteed cash value and is excluded from the gift-card chart.
Dining vouchers offer higher face values with different use rules
The dining alternative also increases for longer-term holders, but its increments vary by share tier. The entry award rises from JPY15,000 to JPY20,000, while the highest rises from JPY150,000 to JPY165,000. The company issues the dining benefit in JPY5,000 vouchers.

The dining and Japanet benefits are mutually exclusive. Higher face value does not make their acceptance conditions or expiry periods equivalent.

Horii’s April FAQ says the dining vouchers can be combined in one transaction, provide no change and expire one year after issue. They cover group-operated restaurants and some franchise locations. The Japanet option is for the official online shop, with excluded products, and lasts two years after issue. Japanet’s own shareholder-gift terms confirm the two-year validity and prohibit cash redemption and conversion into Japanet points.
The face values therefore need to be read alongside the redemption conditions. Japanet’s shareholder terms also state that rights can expire if settlement with the benefit-providing company fails, including insolvency or payment delay. The published schedules do not measure actual recipient take-up, spending or the programme’s effectiveness at retaining shareholders.
