Ikuyo will introduce an annual shareholder benefit providing ¥60,000 in QUO gift cards to eligible holders, with the first distribution planned for early December 2027. The company announced the program on September 9. [S01]
Eligibility requires at least 1,000 shares held continuously for one year. Recipients must generally reside in Japan. For the first award, the same shareholder number must appear with at least 1,000 shares on the September 2026, March 2027 and September 2027 registers.
The program creates a regular gift-card benefit available to all qualifying holders. Ikuyo said cryptocurrency exchange accounts and drawing arrangements had created participation barriers in its Bitcoin programmes. The 2026 drawing announced in July offered three prize levels. The earlier 2025 programme had been amended to cover all qualifying individual holders, with one of three amounts allocated by draw, subject to claim and account requirements. The company is reviewing future Bitcoin arrangements separately. [S01] [S03] [S04]

QUO is a physical gift card accepted by participating retailers across Japan. The announced card benefit has a fixed value and eligibility-based distribution. Its 1,000-share and one-year requirement differs from the 500-share eligibility in the July Bitcoin programme, so the two schemes do not establish a like-for-like increase in shareholder reward value or participation. Ikuyo plans to repeat the benefit annually using the September register and an early-December mailing after verifying the holding period. It also said future changes or discontinuation would be announced if its review of business conditions, finances or shareholder composition led to a revision.
