InComm InCentives has set out its bulk Visa gift card options for organizations running employee recognition, customer promotions, rebates and other reward programs. Its March 2, 2026 guide describes physical and digital delivery through the company’s gift card ordering service.
The provider positions Visa gift cards as open-loop rewards that recipients can spend across participating U.S. merchants accepting Visa debit. The use cases it identifies include sales team incentives, completed surveys and goodwill payments following a customer service issue.
Physical distribution and digital delivery
For physical orders, businesses can arrange shipment to their own location for onward distribution or send cards directly to recipients. InComm says this supports both centralized events and programs covering multiple addresses. Its digital option uses email delivery, with online spending and support for selected mobile wallets.
The guide says physical orders normally ship within a few business days following payment and approval. Digital delivery also depends on payment and approval; the ordering information supplies the expected timing. This makes the delivery format and fulfillment schedule part of the program manager’s planning.
The range includes different designs and expiration arrangements. InComm describes gift and reward cards, themed designs and products with varying expiration terms or no expiration. Businesses therefore need to select the specific product that matches the intended reward.
Order amounts and program support
InComm says its bulk shop has no order minimum and offers fixed denominations as well as supported variable amounts. The article gives a portfolio-wide range of $5 to $10,000 for some cards, while directing buyers to confirm the available denominations and variable-load requirements with their support representative.
The company recommends retaining both physical and digital choices because its research finds demand for each format. Its service description gives buyers several operational decisions to make: delivery channel, recipient addresses, denomination, card design and the applicable expiration conditions.
