Intercash outlined how businesses should evaluate white-label corporate gift card issuing and programme management in its August 2026 provider-selection guide. It distinguished a one-off bulk card purchase from an ongoing branded programme requiring funding controls, reporting and recipient assistance.

The company recommends defining the audience, reward purpose, distribution frequency, countries and internal owners before selecting a provider. It says the proposed program should make clear which responsibilities sit with the client, program manager, issuing institution and payment network.

Intercash describes its role as a white-label Cards-as-a-Service provider, BIN sponsor and program manager. Its model uses licensed issuing relationships and access to Visa, Mastercard and Discover networks. Available countries, card formats and usage rules depend on the particular program and issuer requirements.

The guide identifies PrepaidGate as the merchant back office for issuance management, balances, transaction history, reporting and fraud monitoring. CardPortal provides the cardholder interface; functions such as payments or transfers depend on the agreed configuration.

Intercash also lists onboarding, transaction monitoring, data protection and regulatory reporting among the responsibilities to document during selection. It advises teams to review issuance, a recipient support problem, an exception and reconciliation as connected workflows.

Its proposed program brief includes the intended audience, card format, markets, existing systems and support owners. The article describes how to evaluate the company's infrastructure and operating model; it does not announce a new card launch.
