Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Krakowie has opened a retail-voucher procurement specifying PLN422,000 in purchasing value. Its original Polish public notice was published on September 10.
The base requirement consists of 4,179 vouchers worth PLN100 each and 205 worth PLN20 each. An optional additional purchase of up to PLN4,000 would depend on the buyer's demand. These are purchasing requirements rather than an awarded supplier's sales.
Merchant coverage receives 60% of bid scoring, extended voucher validity 30% and price 10%. The weighting makes the accepting network and the instrument's useful life the dominant selection factors.
The original notice set a September 22 bid deadline at 09:00 local time. The detailed specification requires delivery within five working days of signing, no later than November 16. A September 15 clarification expressly rejects electronic-card substitutes: the paper vouchers are intended for retired tax-administration staff. [S02]
A subsequent selection notice, posted on the buyer’s portal on September 30, identifies PLUXEE POLSKA as the selected supplier. Its gross offer was PLN429,812.96, with 4,027 accepting outlets offered for evaluation and six months of validity beyond the required December 31, 2027 minimum. The bid received 90 points: 60 for outlet coverage, 20 for the validity extension and 10 for price. The notice says a contract may be concluded; it does not establish signature, delivery or redemption. The nominal requirement remains prospective purchasing power, not completed transaction volume.
