Kuwazawa Holdings will add a minimum holding period and new reward tiers to its QUO gift-card program from March 2027. The September 17 decision increases awards for holders of at least three years and introduces a separate tier for holdings of 3,000 shares or more. [S01]
The revised program normally requires one year of continuous ownership. For holders meeting that condition but falling short of three years, awards will be ¥1,000, ¥2,000, ¥3,000 or ¥4,000 at the 100, 500, 1,000 and 3,000-share thresholds respectively. The first three amounts match the existing program; the highest tier is new.
Holders meeting the three-year condition will receive an additional ¥1,000 at each tier, bringing their awards to between ¥2,000 and ¥5,000.

Kuwazawa checks the relevant share tier under the same shareholder number on quarterly registers. One-year eligibility requires five consecutive entries; three-year eligibility requires thirteen.
A transition rule applies to the first March 2027 eligibility date. Holders who lack a full year of ownership can receive the one-year-tier award if they meet the relevant share threshold on both the December 2026 and March 2027 registers under the same shareholder number.
The change therefore combines larger rewards for some recipients with tighter eligibility for the continuing program.
