Natty Swanky Holdings will introduce larger electronic dining-voucher tiers for its Dandadan restaurant chain from the January 31, 2027 shareholder register. The September 14, 2026 announcement and September 15 clarification distinguish that expansion from the unchanged July 2026 voucher distribution.
Voucher value increases in the higher share bands
The existing schedule awards JPY10,000 to qualifying holders of at least 100 shares at each January and July record date. For January 2027, holders of 100-199 shares retain JPY10,000, those with 200-299 shares receive JPY20,000, and holders of at least 300 shares receive JPY30,000.
Electronic dining-voucher value per qualifying distribution
The January 31, 2027 register introduces higher voucher values for holders of at least 200 shares.

| 100-199 shares | 10,000 JPY | 10,000 JPY |

| 300 shares or more | 10,000 JPY | 30,000 JPY |
The clarification says the July 31, 2026 award continues under the previous schedule, with JPY10,000 in electronic vouchers for holders of at least 100 shares. It also describes the expanded arrangement as planned from the July 31, 2027 register onward. The January and July benefits were not abolished or reduced by the announcement, but the future July schedule remains expressed as a plan.
The company’s existing operating guide describes JPY1,000 electronic tickets accepted for dining in or takeaway at Dandadan. Delivery orders are excluded, cash can cover an additional amount, and change is not paid. The guide also offers frozen-dumpling delivery for people unable to visit a restaurant and says stores can lend a device to customers without a QR-capable handset. Those are existing operating provisions; recipients should use the instructions accompanying their own distribution.
Drink tickets are a separate, time-limited benefit
The new share bands also receive one, three or five drink tickets, respectively. Each ticket covers one drink per person for a group of up to four people, with one ticket usable per visit. Participating locations are specified on the back of the ticket. The January 2027 drink tickets may be used from May 1 through October 31, 2027.
January 2027 drink-ticket allocation by share band
The expanded schedule allocates one, three or five separate drink tickets alongside the electronic dining vouchers.

A separate 15th-anniversary drink ticket accompanies the July 2026 distribution for holders of at least 100 shares. That single ticket has its own November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 use window. It should not be confused with the January 2027 tiered allocation or with the electronic dining vouchers’ expiry terms.
The announcement supplies contractual award amounts and ticket quantities. It does not disclose recipient take-up, redemption rates or the cost of the added drinks. The drink tickets therefore remain outside the yen-value comparison, and the higher voucher tiers should not be presented as measured restaurant spending.
