Nowy Dworek has opened a procurement for paper retail vouchers, requiring nationwide use and acceptance in Świebodzin and Jordanowo. The Polish care centre's original public notice was published on September 30.

The notice and its original technical specification describe PLN10, PLN20 and PLN50 vouchers carrying PLN420,000 in combined face value. Each must exclude alcohol purchases. These are proposed purchasing requirements, rather than an award or vouchers already distributed.

The technical specification requires acceptance for groceries, clothing, household appliances and consumer electronics. Vouchers must remain valid for at least 12 months after delivery. Electronic versions, including electronic cards, are expressly excluded.

Price receives 60% of scoring and the number of accepting outlets in Świebodzin municipality 40%. The planned 2027 supply arrangement uses recurring orders specifying the required amounts and denominations.

Bids closed on October 13 at 08:30 local time. The subsequently published bid-opening record names Pluxee Polska as a bidder; it is not a supplier award. The reviewed records do not establish whether recipients are employees or patients. The stated PLN420,000 remains the proposed voucher face value, rather than a final contract price. [S02]
