Agencja Mienia Wojskowego has opened a procurement for electronic prepaid cards for employees in connection with the Polish military property agency's 30th anniversary. The original buyer publication and TED notice date the procedure to September 4.

The notice assigns 40% of selection scoring to accepting merchant coverage, 30% to card validity, 20% to delivery timing and 10% to price. It identifies the cards as an anniversary benefit, rather than describing only a generic payment-service purchase.

The agency says an August 21 financial-plan approval preceded the procedure. September 3 is the original notice's dispatch date and does not replace September 4 as its verified publication day.

A September 17 amendment moved the bid deadline to September 23 at 09:00 local time. The original procurement and that update are one purchasing event.

The reviewed notices do not identify a selected supplier, required card count or combined face value. The article therefore concerns the agency's new sourcing decision and its acceptance criteria, without claiming that anniversary cards have already been issued or used.
