Runa adds named decision history to gift card brand approval portal

Runa has expanded the decision history shown in its customer approvals portal, giving gift card brands more detail about requests affecting their programs. The update was announced on May 6, 2025, with the additional records applying to actions taken from April 29.

The portal now shows when an approval request was made. For a decision to approve or reject it, the record also identifies the approver and the time of the action. Requests for more information receive the same attribution.
