Blumenliebe Fink has begun accepting the Sindelfinger Stadtgutschein, adding a florist to the German city's local gift-voucher network.
Wirtschaftsförderung Sindelfingen announced the new acceptance point on September 22. Florist Natalja Fink operates at Planiestraße 5 in the economic-development company's pop-up store, where she has traded since late August.
The shop offers individual bouquets, wedding flowers, event and seasonal decoration, and funeral floristry. Its addition gives voucher holders another place to spend prepaid local value, including purchases connected with birthdays and weddings.
The city voucher can already be used across participating retailers, restaurants, service businesses and leisure providers in Sindelfingen, Maichingen and Darmsheim. The program's official page says a buyer can choose the loaded amount and that the voucher is valid at participating businesses for three years. It is sold online and through local outlets, including banks and retailers.
WSG managing director Felix Rapp linked the new merchant's use of regional suppliers to the voucher's aim of retaining purchasing power locally. City manager Hanno Kreuter emphasized the importance of variety in the participating business network.
The commercial change is an additional redemption location within an existing scheme. It does not represent the launch of a new city card or a change in its disclosed validity. The announcement provides no sales figures or estimate of the spending that the florist's participation will attract.
