Folktandvården Skåne is exploring the possibility of procuring gift-card suppliers for staff Christmas gifts, with potential use for anniversary or memorial gifts. The Swedish dental operator published the inquiry on September 23.

Its official procurement page lists October 13 as the closing date for the gift-card item. The page describes an investigation into possible sourcing, rather than identifying a completed provider appointment or a confirmed card issue.

The operator says it has approximately 1,500 employees across 44 locations and 67 clinics covering general, specialist and hospital dentistry. Those figures describe its organisation and should not be interpreted as an order for 1,500 gift cards.

The public inquiry does not specify a budget, denomination, physical or electronic format, accepting retailer network or selected issuer. It establishes a prospective corporate gift-card purchasing requirement, with the commercial and fulfilment details still undisclosed.

The event is the new supplier inquiry. It does not demonstrate that Christmas benefits or other cards have already been distributed.
