Tokyo Tokeiba will expand the outlets accepting its ¥500 shareholder dining vouchers at Oi Racecourse, following a September 30 board decision. The vouchers are currently restricted to the STAR LIGHT restaurant. The revised scheme will cover multiple outlets designated by the company. [S01]
The change follows the planned closure of STAR LIGHT during redevelopment work inside the racecourse. Tokyo Tokeiba said broader acceptance would improve convenience for shareholders. It has not yet named the additional outlets or stated their number. [S01]
The expanded acceptance applies to benefits for shareholders recorded on December 31, 2026, with dispatch planned for March 2027. The company expects to announce the participating outlets around the end of December and include instructions with the vouchers. Shareholding thresholds, holding-period conditions, voucher quantities and the record date remain unchanged. [S01]
The existing quantity schedule gives qualifying holders with at least one year of continuous ownership one, two, three, five or seven dining vouchers across the respective share tiers shown below. Multiplying each by its JPY500 face value explains the monetary entitlement that the acceptance change preserves. It does not increase the award or allow all vouchers to be combined in one transaction. [S02]

Existing scheduled entitlement, not an increase caused by the acceptance expansion, measured payouts or investment returns. Values are 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 dining vouchers multiplied by JPY500. These tiers apply to qualifying continuous holdings of at least one year; shorter holdings are excluded from this chart. Only one dining voucher can currently be used per transaction, with no change or cash exchange. New outlets remain unannounced.

Tokyo Tokeiba leases Oi Racecourse to the Special Wards Racing Association. Its annual shareholder-benefit programme covers holders of at least 100 shares, with awards normally sent the following March. [S02][S03]
Under the current dining-voucher rules, each paper voucher carries ¥500 of spending value and is surrendered at checkout. Only one may be used per transaction, with no cash exchange or change given. Use is limited to Oi race days within the validity period printed on the voucher. [S02]
The decision preserves a monetary dining benefit while changing where it can be spent after a venue closure. It establishes a future acceptance expansion; the final outlet list and practical guidance are still to come.
