Vis selected WILLs’ Digital Yutai Club for a new annual shareholder reward programme, announced on September 14, 2026. The first entitlement is based on the September 30 register, with instructions and the dedicated shareholder site planned for November. The issuer and platform provider both describe that distribution as forthcoming. [S01][S02][S04]
Seven shareholding bands determine the points allocation
The entry condition is 200 shares. The official schedule awards 1,000 points for 200–299 shares and rises through seven bands to 35,000 points for at least 1,500 shares. Vis describes one point as approximately JPY 1 and says points can be exchanged for electronic money or other rewards through the shareholder website. The chart retains the original unit of points rather than treating the allocation as cash paid. [S02]

| Category | Shareholder reward points |
|---|---|
| 200–299 shares | 1,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 300–399 shares | 3,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 400–599 shares | 4,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 600–799 shares | 6,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 800–999 shares | 8,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 1,000–1,499 shares | 12,000 points per eligible shareholder |
| 1,500+ shares | 35,000 points per eligible shareholder |
The final band increases the allocation from 12,000 to 35,000 points, a 23,000-point step once the holding reaches 1,500 shares. The schedule does not award points in direct proportion to every extra share. Without the number of holders in each band, these terms cannot be converted into a total issuance budget. [S02]
The disclosed reward menu includes Amazon gift cards, QUO Card Pay, Edy gift IDs, nanaco gifts and WAON POINT e-gifts. Recipients can instead convert into WILLsCoin to combine value from participating shareholder programmes and access the wider catalogue. These are distinct redemption routes: the rule that Vis points cannot roll into the next year should not be replaced with the expiry terms of a subsequently selected gift. The issuer also offers automated telephone applications with a more limited product selection for shareholders unable to register online. [S02][S03]
Vis intends to use the platform for investor information and questionnaires as well as reward distribution. WILLs describes its service pricing model as exercised-point cost plus a flat fee, but neither release gives the Vis fee amount or a qualifying-recipient count. The stated aims of better dialogue and share liquidity therefore remain issuer objectives, with no programme-specific engagement or trading outcome yet disclosed. [S01][S04]
