Wisma Atria has stopped selling physical shopping vouchers at its Concierge Counter, directing new purchases to the Singapore mall’s existing e-voucher service. Its official notice says the physical sales channel closed on October 1 and sets September 30, 2027 as the final date for using remaining paper vouchers. [S01]

The mall says unused physical vouchers will no longer be accepted after that deadline. Electronic vouchers remain available for purchase through the Wisma Atria Rewards App. The notice does not describe an exchange of paper vouchers for digital balances or announce a new app. [S01]

Purchased balances and reward validity

The programme’s current FAQ also specifies a S$2,500 maximum for e-wallet credits that a member purchases or tops up, effective October 1. This is a limit on the balance held at any one time. It excludes campaign rewards, promotional credits and other complimentary credits awarded by Wisma Atria. [S02]

Eligible campaign rewards and promotional credits may continue to enter the wallet under their respective campaign terms. [S02]

For e-voucher rewards, the FAQ describes redemption by scanning the voucher’s QR code at a participating store before payment. It specifies a 12-month validity period from redemption unless otherwise stated. Reward redemption through the app is final, with the redeemed reward subject to the supplier’s additional conditions. [S02]

Different rewards in the same app have different usage windows. The FAQ gives e-voucher rewards a default 12 months from redemption unless stated otherwise, while WA Carpark$ use a six-calendar-month rule counting the month of conversion. Parking credit is a separate reward, not a shopping gift card. Members therefore need to check the actual expiry attached to each converted reward. [S02]

Different reward products and timing conventions: e-voucher default 12 months from redemption unless otherwise stated; Carpark$ expire at the end of the sixth calendar month counting the conversion month. The FAQ’s January 2 to June 30 example is not six exact elapsed months. These are terms, not observed holding periods or physical-voucher expiry.

The same programme excludes gift-voucher and gift-card purchases from qualifying rewards activity. Its points calculation also deducts voucher-funded amounts from the purchase value used to award WA Points. These rules separate buying or spending stored value from the spending that earns loyalty credit. [S02]

Wisma Atria is on Singapore’s Orchard Road. The app’s terms identify YTL Starhill Global Property Management as its manager, acting as property manager for the mall under Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust. The October notice changes the mall voucher’s sales format while providing a defined final redemption date for its physical stock. [S01][S02]
