YOUGotaGift described an express digital gift card ordering flow for coffee micro-rewards in YOUReward on September 26, 2024. The feature let employers select a regional coffee brand, specify the number of coffees and send a personalised reward to an employee.

The ordering process began with a Micro-Reward banner, followed by brand choice and the number of coffees to send. Users then entered recipient details, an email address and a personal message.

The company said recipients received their digital gift cards promptly after sending. It proposed the option for project milestones, help with a problem, onboarding, anniversaries and straightforward expressions of thanks.

The update focused on the ordering flow and suggested occasions. YOUGotaGift did not disclose participating-brand counts, a price schedule or measured changes in employee morale associated with the new option.
