Runa has detailed a set of April 2025 product changes that includes reloadable prepaid Visa cards, new Amazon options in India and a branded gift card marketplace. The update, published on May 1, brings recurring payouts and merchant gift card distribution into the same release overview.

The reloadable prepaid offering allows businesses to issue a virtual Visa card and add funds to it again for subsequent payments. At the time of the update, loads were available in US dollars. Runa identified additional currencies and ATM access as future developments, rather than features already delivered.

The company also described compatibility with Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Its intended use is recurring disbursement where a recipient can continue using a payment card instead of receiving a new card for every payment.

For Indian reward programs, Amazon India and Amazon Pay gift card options became available on the Runa network. These additions extend local catalog choice for businesses serving recipients in India.

Runa Shop is presented as a white-label gift card marketplace with customizable branding and payment processing. The company lists loyalty-point redemption, employee discounts, cashback offers and direct gift card retail as potential applications.

The release also reports simpler access to embedded foreign-exchange functionality. Together, the changes give prospective partners a view of separate product areas: recurring prepaid cards, local gift card catalogs, branded storefronts and cross-currency payout operations.
