Both periods contain 52 weeks, ending August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026. Breakage is an accounting estimate of value unlikely to be redeemed, not new gift-card sales, an expiry charge or total redemption revenue. The filing does not isolate the causes of the change.

The restaurant and retail operator's gift-card deferred revenue stood at USD80.505 million at July 31, down from USD82.452 million at August 1, 2025. That balance represents its recorded obligation associated with unredeemed cards, rather than a measure of new card sales.

The filing also reports USD33.411 million of revenue from redemption of cards included in deferred revenue at the beginning of the year, versus USD34.935 million previously. This covers opening liabilities and is not total gift-card redemption revenue.

The company's cards do not expire. Its breakage policy instead estimates balances unlikely to be redeemed, subject to whether amounts must be remitted to a relevant jurisdiction. It recognizes that revenue over the expected redemption period.

The disclosures describe the issuer's accounting and redemption experience. They do not establish September issuance growth, a new expiry policy or an independently measured industry-wide trend.
