CellPay launches cash-funded ZivoMoney prepaid Visa with mobile-wallet access
Gift-card distributor CellPay has launched ZivoMoney, a single-load Visa prepaid card bought with cash and added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, with Berkeley managing the programme.
