Diggecard announced on 19 August 2025 that it would manage Sephora’s UK business gift-card programme, giving corporate buyers access to digital cards through its sales and operational services. Sephora’s own current gift-card page also names Diggecard as its B2B e-gift partner. [S01][S02]

A business gifting channel with distinct digital purchase options

The retailer’s direct digital selector currently offers ten values. These show the retail product choices available to buyers; the announcement does not say that every corporate contract uses this menu or disclose negotiated prices. The separate physical-card offer has fewer denominations and should not be substituted for the digital product. [S02]

Diggecard identified employee recognition, seasonal gifts, customer acquisition and promotional partnerships as uses for the programme. It placed Sephora alongside clients including LEGO, TK Maxx, The Body Shop, Arsenal FC, Dunelm, Moss, the National Trust and River Island. The announcement did not quantify order commitments, distribution volumes or commercial results. [S01]

Current Sephora terms permit UK store, website and app redemption for qualifying cards. E-gift cards purchased before 3 June 2025 remain online/app only. The stated validity is 12 months; up to five cards can be used toward £1,000, with another accepted payment method covering a shortfall. Cards cannot buy more gift cards. [S02]

Sephora awards loyalty points when a card is redeemed, rather than when it is bought, and excludes gift-card purchases from discounts. Its FAQ also says refunds for goods bought online return as an online-only e-gift, a narrower route than the general redemption wording. Digital activation can take up to 24 hours. [S02]

GiftPay’s separate business catalogue illustrates why channel distinctions matter: it lists Sephora at £10, £20, £50 and £100 as a choice within its Flexi eGift, with UK online and store acceptance. That listing corroborates an available business reward route, but does not identify its supplier as Diggecard or establish Sephora programme sales. [S03]

The partnership expands the route by which a business can fund a recipient’s beauty purchase. The denomination menu and redemption rules describe how the product works; they do not measure employee engagement, customer acquisition or the additional sales generated by corporate gifting. [S01][S02]
