Diggecard moves bulk gift card ordering to new Customer Portal

Diggecard announced on June 10, 2026 that it would retire Diggecard Direct by the end of June and move customers to its Customer Portal. The migration affects how business customers order gift cards and manage their accounts.

Features already active in the portal included a Product Portfolio area for browsing gift cards, requesting additions to an account and downloading logos or card images. Help guidance and a direct contact function were also available.
