Diggecard's general assembly appointed Silje Nesvik and Sarah Lerche to its board, the company announced on January 21, 2026. Susanne Brønnum remained chair, with the new directors joining Olav Balandin and Torkel Hope.
The company described Nesvik's background in technology leadership, product development, AI and international expansion. A Norwegian based in Copenhagen, she had worked on growth strategies, partnerships and consumer-facing digital services.
