Dunelm has introduced its gift card to the B2B market and appointed Diggecard to manage the programme. The arrangement was announced on May 23, 2024, opening the homewares retailer's cards to corporate rewards, incentives and benefits buyers.
The announcement described Dunelm's reach at the time as more than 180 UK stores, a digital platform and a range of 85,000 products. The retailer expects the corporate programme to support customer engagement and attract additional sales.
Tracy Aslam, Diggecard's Sales Director, said the company would support Dunelm's entry into the B2B gift card market. The programme adds a homewares option for businesses selecting rewards for employees, customers and other recipients.
Diggecard is the point of contact for corporate buyers seeking to include Dunelm gift cards in their programmes. The launch forms part of the retailer's stated effort to develop its digital capabilities and customer relationships.
