Gift Card Partners has set out three approaches to year-end rewards: a branded gift card selection experience, Visa Reward Cards and cards for individual merchants. Its September 2026 guidance places all three within the Engage2Reward ordering platform, allowing organizations to use different formats for different recipients.

The BrandedChoice Rewards Program combines a curated gift card marketplace with the employer's branding. The company describes personalized email or SMS delivery, greeting templates with optional video, custom denominations and recipient choice between available physical and digital cards. Administrators can resend or cancel rewards and view their status.

Visa Reward Cards provide a physical card or virtual account. The physical cards covered by the holiday offer are issued by Pathward and work at qualified Visa debit acceptance locations in the United States and District of Columbia. They do not provide cash or ATM access, and cardholder terms apply.

Individual merchant cards let a program select a particular use, such as groceries or dining. Gift Card Partners says Engage2Reward offers more than 400 brands across over 60 countries. Its guidance asks buyers to consider audience diversity, recipient choice, branding, delivery format and launch deadlines.

The company advertises free BrandedChoice setup and customization for programs established by December 31, 2026; free direct-delivery shipping for the Gingerbread and Mistletoe physical Visa Reward Cards from September 1 through November 30; and no fees on digital gift card orders from November 1 through December 31. Each offer is subject to the terms on the source page.

Engage2Reward also supports recipient uploads, budgets, approvals, tracking and reporting. For recurring distribution, the company's API can connect gift card delivery to an approved action or milestone in another system.
