The picks covered Before Your Eyes, 2024: Mosaic Retrospective, Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth and Xenoblade Chronicles. They span different platforms and playing styles, from a short interactive story to larger role-playing games.

Before Your Eyes follows Benjamin Brynn through memories of his life and uses the player’s blinks to advance the narrative. Gift2Games described an experience lasting roughly 90 minutes and listed PC, Netflix and PSVR2 among its platforms.

The puzzle selection, 2024: Mosaic Retrospective, was created by independent developer Mark Ffrench around events from 2024. The guide described the PC game as free and noted its encouragement of donations to UNICEF.

For longer sessions, the company selected Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, available on PlayStation 5 and Windows at the time of the guide. Its recommendation focused on combat decisions, character builds and harder difficulty settings. Xenoblade Chronicles supplied the Nintendo Switch recommendation, with an adventure set across the bodies of two immense titans.

Alongside the editorial picks, Gift2Games promoted its mobile app on Google Play and the App Store. Purchasing options included Xbox Game Pass, Nintendo eShop cards and PlayStation gift cards, connecting the recommendations to the digital gaming products distributed through its app.
