The company’s planning benchmarks are $25 for a customer referral, $20–$25 for an approximately ten-minute survey, $25–$50 for webinar attendance and $50 for a qualified demo booking. It also suggests a $10 starting amount for a short review request. Giftogram attributes these benchmarks to its platform data and recommends adjusting the amount to the effort and audience involved.

The guide distinguishes a fixed payment for one completed action from tiered rewards for repeated or higher-value participation. A third structure pays at successive milestones. In a long B2B referral cycle, for example, a reward could follow a booked demo and another could follow a completed sale, so the advocate does not wait for the entire sales process.
