GigWorks is expanding its annual shareholder menu from the October 31, 2026 register. The September 29 decision adds a children’s gift-voucher and snack package, plus a vegetable-box alternative, while retaining the JPY3,000 Digico digital gift.
The choices carry different forms of value
Holders of at least 1,000 shares may select one of the rewards. The children’s option contains JPY1,000 in Kodomo Shohinken vouchers and a planned Ginbis snack assortment. The vegetable option is a MUGEN FARM box valued by the company at JPY3,000 including shipping. Those figures do not make all three choices equivalent amounts of spendable credit.
Voucher face value within the two gift options
The digital option carries JPY3,000 of exchangeable value. The children’s option contains JPY1,000 of vouchers plus a snack assortment whose value is not disclosed.

This is not a comparison of total package value. Snacks are excluded, and the vegetable box’s stated JPY3,000 value includes shipping and is not a voucher balance.

The issuer does not give a separate value for the snacks or a combined valuation of the children’s package. Its vegetable description names a planned assortment grown by KIBOU using fully artificial-light hydroponics. The stated environmental rationale is the company’s reason for selecting the goods, not an independently measured emissions saving for this reward.
Digico is supplied by DIGITALIO and lets recipients choose among eligible electronic-money and gift-card destinations. GigWorks specifically excludes ATM and bank-transfer redemption from its award. Generic Digico service capabilities should therefore not be treated as a promise that every redemption route will be available to these shareholders.
Toycard’s current guidance says Kodomo Shohinken can be used at participating toy, children’s clothing and baby-goods sellers, as well as selected attractions, with eligible purchases varying by merchant. The issuer also says the expiry printed on the voucher controls and expired vouchers cannot be used. GigWorks has not specified the expiry date of the vouchers it will distribute, so a date cannot be inferred from the programme’s record date.
GigWorks plans to mail selection instructions in mid-January 2027 with the annual meeting documents. Shareholders must select their reward and complete receipt procedures online within the stated selection period; after the deadline, the procedures will no longer be available. The disclosure leaves that exact deadline for the later instructions.
The separate Nihon Chokuhan 20% discount coupon continues for holders of at least 100 shares, including those in the higher tier. The company’s programme page gives it a February 1 to the following January 31 use period and a cumulative discount ceiling of JPY300,000 before tax. It is a discount against purchases, not another JPY300,000 gift balance.
The expansion adds choices without removing the existing digital option. No selection shares, delivery completion figures or redemption outcomes are reported, and the face-value comparison excludes unpriced goods rather than assigning them a zero value.
