Rebase announced on September 10, 2026 that Instabase rental-space gift codes were being added to Giftee’s consumer service and Giftee for Business. Instabase adopted Giftee’s eGift System to issue the gifts, allowing the recipient to choose the venue and purpose of a later booking rather than receiving a reservation arranged by the sender. [S01]
Eight face values are listed for the business channel
The announcement names JPY 500, JPY 1,000, JPY 1,500, JPY 2,000, JPY 3,000, JPY 4,000, JPY 5,000 and JPY 10,000 gifts. Giftee for Business lists all eight in the catalogue reviewed on October 19. Rebase cautions that denominations vary by sales site; the consumer product page did not expose a readable full catalogue during this review, so the business range is not assumed to be identical to the consumer selection. The reviewed JPY 500 and JPY 10,000 business product pages each state a 10% issuance fee, a minimum order of one gift, an estimated five-to-ten-business-day review and expiry at the end of the third month. These are published conditions for those business products, not proof of instant delivery or an all-inclusive consumer purchase price. The exact expiry shown on the issued gift remains relevant. [S03][S04]
Recipients need an Instabase account and activate the code in the account’s points area, not in the separate coupon-code field. The official help page values one point at JPY 1 and permits all or part of the available points to be applied when booking. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with coupons. Remaining gift value may fund later bookings within its validity; the launch notice says expired value cannot be reissued. [S01][S05]
Rebase’s announcement describes more than 50,000 spaces, including meeting rooms, workspaces, party rooms and photography studios. Its launch-campaign page and the reviewed business product pages use a later, undated threshold of more than 55,000. The sources do not provide matched measurement dates or a listing-count methodology, so the two claims are not treated as a growth series or evidence of gift adoption. [S01][S03][S04][S06]
The official campaign page also advertised 5% off purchases with a code usable once per account, ending September 30, 2026. That launch promotion has ended and is not the continuing price of the gift. Corporate uses described by Rebase include employee benefits, business travel workspaces, team events and campaign incentives; personal uses include celebrations and gatherings. The release and Dellows’ explicitly announcement-based coverage supply no gift sales, active recipients or redeemed booking value. [S01][S06][S07]
