Moss selected Diggecard to manage its UK business gift-card distribution after a market appraisal, according to the announcement dated 19 June 2024. The arrangement opened the retailer’s digital cards to employee rewards, incentives and benefits programmes through Diggecard’s corporate buyer network. [S01]
Corporate distribution meets a defined retail gift-card product
The announcement described digital, open-value cards redeemable online and in more than 100 UK stores. Moss’s current direct e-gift page instead presents the eight retail choices shown below. They make the consumer product’s available amounts visible, but do not establish the denomination limits negotiated for every corporate channel. [S01][S02]

These are current direct retail purchase choices. They are not the full set of values available through every distributor, corporate order sizes or programme sales. The 2024 B2B announcement described an open-value digital product without specifying its range.

The 2024 release included suits, casualwear, accessories and custom-made clothing within the proposition. It also described acceptance for Moss Hire and the Moss Box rental subscription. Those statements belong to the announced programme; the current retailer help page confirms UK online and store spending without separately restating both rental services. The release disclosed no sales target, order volume or realised uplift. [S01][S03]
Moss’s direct e-gift page sends a card by email with a personal message. Its help centre limits online redemption to one gift card per transaction, permits another payment method to cover a shortfall and leaves unused value available for later purchases. Physical cards are sold in stores subject to availability. [S02][S03]
The general terms separately allow activation or top-up from £1, set a £1,000 top-up maximum and allow valid cards to be topped up in UK Moss stores. These are funding and store-service rules, not extra preset options in the online menu. The same terms prohibit cash exchange and state that lost or stolen value is not protected by Moss. [S04]
Expiry guidance differs across Moss’s own pages. The gift-card terms and general help article say 24 months from last use and 30 days after the balance reaches zero. A separate expiry answer says two years from original purchase and no reactivation afterwards. The sources do not explain how to reconcile those formulations, so a rolling expiry should not be assumed for every recipient. [S03][S04][S05]
Returned goods are refunded to the card used; any amount above the original gift-funded value goes to the other original payment method. The refund help page says partial returns go to a gift card. That operating detail matters to a reward recipient just as much as the initial delivery. [S06]
Business distribution is also visible in eGifterRewards’ public Moss listing, which offers a £10 to £200 range and links to Moss’s terms. Gift Off lists its own £10-step choices within that range. Neither page establishes that its route is supplied by Diggecard, and neither publishes sales outcomes. The partnership’s commercial purpose remains wider access to Moss’s offering; the evidence reviewed does not quantify the additional business it produced. [S07][S08]
